- In this episode:
After postponing it for some weeks, it's finally time for the beginnings of Coniferia's train/railway/railroad (whatever suits you) network. We start off with building a Downtown Passenger Train Station, using the beautiful classical Train Station asset from the Seaside Resorts Content Creator Pack that was released at the same time as the Parks and Promenades DLC. We detail up the new area surrounding the Passenger Station, adding a new highrise residential building, and some more historical buildings, as well as creating a beautifully overgrown park just north of the Station.
Next up, we add a Freight Station for Industrial Cargo near the Fishing Harbour - but we also make sure to detail its surrounding area up - and add a bunch of new Industrial buildings, Warehouses, factories, some grime, and broken asphalt!
To connect the Train Network, we not only run Railway alongside the peninsula west of Downtown Pine Harbour - but we also run it straight through a few neighbourhoods, creating a sunken Rail line, flanked by post-WWII single-family low-density residential.

- What's the rationale behind this project:
What happens if a washed-up-used-to-be-YouTuber gathers a bunch of "generic" looking assets (though mostly inspired by Australian / Canadian cityscapes) with the hopes of creating a Cities: Skylines region full of towns and cities that both looks realistic and are inspired by Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the USA, while at the same time don't really replicate any one particular style? No idea, let's find out.
Join me in this Cities: Skylines modded gameplay series as we aimlessly expand the region, and build new infrastructure, highways, public transit, industrial pockets, NIMBY-neighbourhoods, and bustling downtowns. And of course, use tress excessively to cover up any imperfections!
