This might be the best city I've ever built in Cities Skylines 2

We're turning up the detailing a few notches as we finally transform the empty Fort John Inner-bay, which sits right next to Downtown and bustling inner-city districts, into a high-detail marina and waterfront with custom quays, piers and boats - lots of commercial: bars, shopping and boutiques. Fancy residential living in a hip area with graffiti and murals - but also the county's first university and some tourist attractions!
