Description

Don't miss our Slitterhead review! Slitterhead is a host-jumping survival horror spectacle from Bokeh, a new game studio comprising former Silent Hill and Siren: Blood Curse creatives who have come together to bring their belovedly Japanese brand of unsettling worlds and narrative design to PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. But does Slitterhead live up to its lineage, and is it worth getting so soon after the highly acclaimed Silent Hill 2 remake? Find out in Eurogamer's Slitterhead review!

The big hook in Slitterhead is possession: flitting between human hosts, using their blood to power your weapons and attacks. You play as a disembodied spirit, using humanity as a means to wage war against the demonic Slitters. But there are willing subjects among humanity who are aware you're possessing them, and they even help you out during combat. It's a complex set of systems that could make or break a horror title. Luckily, Bokeh Studio is up to the challenge.
