The Elder Scrolls told of his return... Rob's setting out to earn the last trophy he needs for the platinum in Skyrim. The task in question is 'Master Criminal,' which requires a bounty of at least 1000 gold in each of the 9 holds across Skyrim. The only rule? No fast travel.
