PUBG First Shot Delay Bug Fixed! Or Not?

In my Input Delay Analysis for PUBG I showed you the issue that your first shot has *MUCH* more delay than the follow-up shots. In this video I will show you the "fix" that the developers did in a recent update, and I am curious to hear what you think about it.
