PUBG 60Hz Tickrate Update 14 Netcode Analysis

PUBG got many 'server performance' updates in the past but non made a significant difference. According to some players, update #14 increased the servers tickrate to 60Hz!?
So in this video I will tell you if that is true, and if update #16 reduced the network delays.
