Planet Zoo Speed Build - Japanese Tea House (+ Blueprint)

I know, I have a problem. I'm not building a zoo, enclosure, or even staff building... yet. I felt like building a Japanese tea house, so that's what I did :) In line with what I've done over the course of the launch live stream, I'm playing Franchise Mode to build blueprints, to get accustomed to the scenery pieces in the game. And y'all know that I love me some Japanese gardens.

But... if I ever manage to get a franchise zoo to work and not indefinitely lose money, I'd love to record that as well. We'll see - so far I've only ever gone bankrupt.
