Planet Coaster - Ski Resort (Part 3) - Artificial Snow
Description
Little bit of a heavy-handed video this one. This episode is all about artificial snow - how it works, how it's used in ski resorts, and how its become an increasingly common instrument in the past few decades, and an often overlooked but crucial element of ski resorts. I promise we'll hit up the après-ski bar next time and drink to forget all our worries, whether you like Spezi or Jägermeister.
Some fun recommended readings that I read/skimmed - I promised, so here goes. These are just pasted straight from my Google Doc for this series so don't take them as actual references, but since this topic is more controversial than my usual affairs, thought I'd at least link to some backup.

How artificial snow could curb emissions & albedo-effect:

But do note: albedo-effect replaces emissions here - the actual emissions stay the same. What about e.g. additional artificial snow, on top of natural snow, with no albedo benefits?

Thus, going further: Does artificial snow production affect soil and vegetation of ski pistes?
