Is this New Optic PAY TO WIN in DMZ?

It looks like we may have another pay to win item in DMZ, the new SZ Holotherm optic from the Dark Rituals III bundle in the store. It appears to show enemies more clearly in red. This optic is part of a Cronen Squall blueprint called Death's Door. Today we're going to see if it's really an advantage over the standard SZ Holotherm optic.
