So, let's IMPROVE our city with one of the many suggestions you all had: An AIRPORT! But not just any airport - an INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ON A MAN-MADE ISLAND! - Grab the MODs linked above - then open up Ultimate Eyecandy (Shift+U) and set Global Light Intensity to 5.27, and Ambient Light Intensity to 1.27.
