How to Create Custom LUTs? — Design Guide (Cities Skylines Tutorial)

In this tutorial I'll show you how to create your very own color correction profiles (LUTs) allowing you to achieve the look you want in your Cities Skylines projects.

I will be using my recording software "Bandicam" to take the necessary screenshots (there are other alternatives: http://bfy.tw/AEKI) and Adobe Photoshop to make adjustments in Levels and Hue/Saturation for color grading.
