How playing Cities Skylines 2 is CHANGING the way I build in Cities Skylines 1!

Welcome to Crystal Reef County, Florida! Today we build a massive expansion to the west of Downtown San Leon with inspiration from my recent Cities Skylines 2 builds - zoning is IN but we're using a special trick to ensure that the final result looks good!

- What's the rationale behind this project:
With Cities Skylines 2 coming sometime this year, the time feels right for an attempt at an all-Vanilla Assets build - this is something I have been contemplating for a bit and hinted at earlier.

- Grab the MODs linked above - then open up Ultimate Eyecandy (Shift+U) and set Global Light Intensity to 5.27, and Ambient Light Intensity to 1.27.
