Help, I Accidentally Built Florida in Cities Skylines!

Welcome to Crystal Reef County, Florida - our chosen spot for the start of a new realistic city in Cities Skylines! Come along as we attempt to build realistic cities and areas using only Vanilla Assets!

In this episode, we're moving south, to the very southern tip of the central island that San Leon sits on. Here we will be starting a new wealthy district, taking inspiration from canal/river-lined suburbs of western Florida, beachfront Condo-towers and hotels of eastern Florida, and even beachfront mega-mansions from the Hamptons on Long Island! This project will stretch across multiple episodes, so we're starting off with the canal suburbs!

- What's the rationale behind this project:
With Cities Skylines 2 coming sometime this year, the time feels right for an attempt at an all-Vanilla Assets build - this is something I have been contemplating for a bit and hinted at earlier.

- Grab the MODs linked above - then open up Ultimate Eyecandy (Shift+U) and set Global Light Intensity to 5.27, and Ambient Light Intensity to 1.27.
