Fixing the worst traffic ever and building hipster districts | Cities Skylines 2

The newest patch is let loose in Easthaven County and it's causing a bit of havoc: We will need to try and alleviate some of the worst traffic I've ever seen in this game, but we're also expanding on the downtown hipster districts near the marina with a new neighborhood and some cool assets from the new Leisure Venues DLC! And then... Things start to escalate in the county's underworld.
