Kind of a "filler" episode before i implement the winning options of episode 14's voting (https://youtu.be/YOzyRDAQlqk).

One of the main intersections in central Theine is often a complete traffic mess. It is located next to the main train station and central bus hub as well as the imposing skyscraper office district. So in an attempt to fix it we go about building a huge roundabout and a pedestrian roundabout elevated above it!
