Cities Skylines: Project Brussels (Part 2) - Technical Limitations

Hey everybody! It's been a while since my last update. bsquiklehausen asked me when I was going to post C:S again, guess I really wanted to stick it to him.
In all seriousness, I've been debating whether I wanted to finish this series or not. I'm not a huge fan of it myself and I hate releasing things I'm not 100% behind; but the timelapses are recorded and I'd hate not to have a backlog of projects I've worked on in the game. So with one more episode to follow, I'm finishing the series!
Please note: for this series, I used terrain.party to import real-world terrain data. Last I checked, the website DID work, but it has a tendency to be inconsistent.
For the map overlay image, I used Overlayer v2:
