Cities Skylines: Gramercy | Episode 6 - Delancey Heights and Park

Welcome back to Gramercy - a Brooklyn-inspired city caught in the midst of modernization! Today, we finish off Delancey Heights, build a converted Self-Storage facility, and start detailing the rolling lawns in and around Delancey Waterfront Park - reclaimed industrial space turned public asset!
