In a pretty unexpected move, a developer of high-end luxury condos has brought forth a plan to be reviewed by city council. And while the council initially was ecstatic at this news - the actual location of the proposed skyscraper has caused a bit of controversy.. What will they decide?

To continue pushing the scale of Kendrick to something akin to a real city, we put down the first part of a big eastward expansion, while also spending a bit of time installing a (so far) basic coal power plant.
