Cities Skylines: Athalassya ►How the city develope and manage its public housing. A little exemple with the marina district. It's more or less inspired by the Syngapore model, which has its flaws but performed miracles in the past years.

I know, boats don't have the high to leave the marine with their poles. But I couldn't find smaller ones or a lift bridge ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
