Cities Skylines: Amar City (Part 5) - Beach, Boulevard & Breakwaters

Welcome back to Amar City! Today I'm working on the first beach area of the city, including a pedestrian boulevard lined with residential skyscrapers and commercial buildings, aa small-scale neighborhood with lowrise apartment buildingsand row houses, and a transport network expansion with a new light rail station, busways and parking garages. The beach itself remains quite simple, with a beachside restaurant/lounge, various scattered beach gear, and breakwaters to the side as well as a detached breakwater in the center in the hopes that erosion won't take my sweet little beach away.
