Can express transit lines fix the worst traffic in Cities Skylines 2?

Today we're continuing our focus on improving the public transport situation in Riverview, through the development of a new Tram line serving the hipster-rich The Yard neighborhood north of downtown, as well as a new Tram express line that connects directly between Riverview and East Riverview. A new express bus line is also added, as well as a bit of road configuration and a re-routing of an important bridge offramp. Hope you enjoy!
