Building a Highly-Detailed Realistic American Town From Scratch in Cities Skylines!

I wanted to work with a different theme than usual, so here's a full from-scratch build of a highly-detailed realistic American Town situated alongside beautiful scenery near a river - featuring a cozy main street with old-school lamps, red brick pavement and mom and pop shops (and a Domino's and a Subway.. heh). The town of River's Edge is located somewhere in the beautiful state of Colorado, with imposing mountain ranges on all sides. Enjoy!
